Hey, It’s Photo Friday!

Sometimes you can find UNC-TV not on your screen but out in your community. Well, hopefully, you can always find UNC-TV on your screen but we visit schools, fairs – all sorts of places people congregate – to help folks get to know us, our programming and our services.

That’s what this week’s photo is all about – a visual display that you might encounter if you see UNC-TV and its representatives in your town. It spotlights some of our science programming and looks pretty snazzy just sitting around. I spotted it in a hallway awaiting its next deployment and snapped these pics. Enjoy!

Lights! Camera! Action! Okay, yes, that’s more of a cinematic phrase but it seems to fit. So here’s a quick behind the scenes shot of the newest addition to the UNC-TV line-up: SciTech Now: North Carolina. Join host Frank Graff (seen here on the set) Wednesdays at 7:30 this fantastic new series.
