Tom Peters is a writer, probably best known for In Search Of Excellence. He’s published a few books on the subject of business management over the years and provided a few shows for PBS based on his works. I found this seminar workbook among my accumulated souvenirs and have to assume it was associated with one of the public television specials. I remember enjoying his approach to business excellence as it applies to customer service (hint: it’s ALL customer service) so I probably grabbed this somewhere along the way to celebrate that.
