Bradley Branning is one of EASTENDERS’ most likeable characters. Played by Charlie Clements, he made his first appearance in 2006 as Jim Branning’s grandson. Since his arrival in Walford, he’s been part of some major storylines. His marriage to Stacey Slater and his rocky relationship with his estranged father Max are at the top of the list, especially since they collided when Max and Stacey had an affair. Bradley is a geek-nerd-fanboy with a special love for James Bond. He’s also into STAR TREK, THE X-FILES and DOCTOR WHO, among other sci fi.

Recently (by our standards anyway) Bradley became the owner of a big dog. A St. Bernard, to be precise. When Bradley played Good Samaritan and helped the dog’s owner, the man abandoned the canine. Bradley then became its de facto caretaker. These episodes aired in the UK in 2009 but PBS NC broadcast them just a few months back, so they should be fresh in your mind.
