There was a time not so long ago when teachers utilized public television programs in the classroom. Because of their educational value, PBS shows were a great tool for teachers, and many were created specifically for use in classroom settings. This was the era of School TV.
If you grew up during this time, you may recall the series INSIDE OUT. Not to be confused with and having no relation to the Pixar film that would come decades later, INSIDE OUT was designed to instruct students on social issues. It was originally broadcast during the early 70s but was repeated for many years after (as was much School TV).
This is an episode of INSIDE OUT titled “Bully” which I was surprised to find I remember from lo those many years ago. See if you remember it too.
