What would everyone’s special TV neighbor make of today’s culture of bullying? Here’s a rather interesting piece on Mister Rogers and his history of protecting children from the bullies around us.

The southern documentary series Reel South returns for a second season Thursday night with a double feature of docs – “Soul City” relives civil rights activists attempt to build a multiracial utopia in the 1970s and “Eat White Dirt” examines the phenomenon known as geophagy. Reel South premieres Thursday night at 10 on UNC-TV.

And sad news for Sherlock fans – although they’re married on the show, stars Martin Freeman (John Watson) and Amanda Abbington (Mary Watson) have split in real life after a 15 year relationship.
